Meridian 42
opened in the Fall of 2002 on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
We offer our patrons coastal Mediterranean cuisine, an eclectic
wine list of European and American
 wines,
daily made breads, pastas and desserts, ocean view dining, and
an open kitchen to watch the action from.
The name Meridian 42 is derived from the latitude line
at 42 degrees north which runs through Barcelona, Spain and
Rome, Italy. Our cuisine is inspired
 by
the flavors and ingredients of the northern Mediterranean
coastline between those two cities and offers our customers a
new look on the Old World.
Join us for dinner at our central location on the Outer
Banks, at the new Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center.
