using Cardio and Isometric Exercises to deliver lean

but don’t get hit! This is a comparable workout to the
kick boxing class, but giving the legs a bit of a break. |
Jiu Jitsu - Self
defense…submissions, counter submissions, throws, locks
& chokes. Takedowns and defense is what separates us
