Kick Boxing – Includes Boxing and Kick Boxing for an awesome workout using Cardio and Isometric Exercises to deliver lean muscle mass. Boxing - World class, power or counter boxing to develop knockout power, hit but don’t get hit!  This is a comparable workout to the kick boxing class, but giving the legs a bit of a break. Jiu Jitsu - Self defense…submissions, counter submissions, throws, locks & chokes. Takedowns and defense is what separates us from the others.
