     I have been selling real estate on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for over  25 years and have successfully assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers.  My credentials include the ABR certification or Accredited Buyers Representative, GRI, or Graduate of the Realtors Institute and RRS which indicates membership and associated training in the Resort and Recreational Sales Council.

    I have been told by many of the people who I have worked with how they appreciated that I made the transaction totally free of anxiety.  It has always been my belief that reducing the stress level for buyers and sellers as well as helping them understand the real estate sales process, is an important part of my responsibilities.
